Bear Cub's Den

Bear Cub's Den is a single family home consisting of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.  This home is located in the newly named neighborhood of The Sanctuary on Snowshoe Mountain.  The neighborhood was previously called Sawmill Village when originally developed and you may continue to see this name on some signs and maps throughout the resort.

From our home, You can walk to the slopes, walk to the free shuttle, or just enjoy the environment from inside. This is not a townhome and walls are not shared with neighbors!

A leisurely walk from the home to the closest free shuttle stop (Soaring Eagle stop #13) is under 3 minutes. The slopes and Soaring Eagle lift are an additional 2 minutes.

Enter the home into a large, 2 car, heated garage. Keep your vehicles warm and protected! (If more than 4 cars are used, free parking is in front of the Soaring Eagle building). Leave your ski and snowboard equipment in the garage to dry without lugging them up any stairs.

Walk up to the main level with large open living/dining/kitchen area. Cook in the gourmet kitchen and cozy up to the gas log fireplace. A small nook off the kitchen is a mini office to place your laptop. There is a large walk-in pantry off of the office nook. Also, on the main level there is a full bathroom with tiled shower. Hardwood floors, granite COUNTERTOPS, and stainless steel appliances too! The back patio can be accessed through the rear kitchen door where the private hot tub is located.

The next level contains three bedrooms and two full baths. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a full en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a twin over queen bunk and bedroom 3 has has another king bed. There is another full bath for bedroom 2 and 3 to share.

The 3rd level has a large lofted area with separate, bunk room (Bedroom 4). Open area of loft has a full-xl pull-out sleeper. this level contains a crib for the wee one. Guests are to supply their bedding for the crib. There is also another full bath on this level.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Bedroom 1 - (Located on 2nd floor) King bed with attached full bathroom. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2 - (Located on 2nd floor) Bunk with Queen bed on bottom and Twin XL bed on top . Shared full bathroom on same floor. (Sleeps 3)

Bedroom 3 - (Located on 2nd floor) King bed. Shared full bathroom on same floor. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 4 - (Located on 3rd floor) Two sets of bunks with Queen bed on the bottom bunks and Twin XL bed on the top bunks. Shared full bathroom. (Sleeps 6)

Sleeper Sofa - (Located on 3rd floor) New, 4 inch memory/hybrid Full bed in common area. Shared full bathroom. (Sleeps 2 + child)
